Fr Liem Duong
Father Liem is a young and active priest in the Archdiocese of Sydney, especially in the Vietnamese city of Cabramatta.
He was born in Vietnam in 1976. Arrived in Sydney with his family in 1992. He is one of the six children in a very devoted catholic family. He has completed his study and working in business firm for nearly three years.
In 2000 he decided to join the seminary of the Good Shepherd to study for the priesthood. He was ordained as a deacon in 2005 and was appointed to St Mary Cathedral. After six months he was ordained priest by Cardinal George Pell at St Mary Cathedral Sydney and served as an Assistant priest and Master of Ceremony for Cardinal and heavily involved in organising the WYD 2008.
From 2009 till present time he serves at Sacred Heart Cabramatta parish and assisting the Vietnamese Catholic community as well as many other roles in the Archdiocese of Sydney.
Father Liem has a great love for the people especially the poor and always eager to do whatever he can to support the youth in the work of Charity.
